Italian Courtyard Restaurant – Concept Creator & Culinary Director

As the visionary behind this project, I co-created an authentic Italian restaurant in the heart of Yerevan — designed around the idea of an Italian courtyard and inspired by the four goddesses representing the four seasons.

Developed in collaboration with partners from The DVIN Hotel and Maeutica, a concept development company, the project embodied the essence of Italian culture through architecture, ambiance, and cuisine.

The concept combined all the classic cultural codes of Italian dining — handmade pasta, wood-fired pizza, and regional specialties from across Italy — presented with warmth, tradition, and theatrical detail.

I led the project from concept to full operation, overseeing:

  • Creative and design concept development

  • Menu creation and regional recipe adaptation

  • Kitchen workflow and team organization

  • Staff training and operational management

The restaurant successfully operated for two years, becoming one of the most distinctive and emotionally driven Italian dining experiences in Yerevan.
