It was one of a 6 projects I was managing during my work in Montenegro in a company “Zaliv MN”. This project was opened as a bar and pizzeria in a beach zone to offer Napolitan pizza and snacks. It was a great jorney to offer our special types of long fermented pizzas made in a wood-fire oven.
